Junk Removal & Demolition, Done Right
Meet the owner
Varsity Hauling & Demolition is a student-run operation serving the North Shore and Chicagoland. We specialize in junk removal, demolition, and estate cleanouts—with the same work ethic and discipline you'd find on a varsity team.
The name isn't just marketing. Seth built this company on the same principle that earned a varsity spot: show up consistently, work harder than expected, and never cut corners. That standard carries through to every crew member and every job.
Whether it's a full property cleanout or a demolition project, we deliver fast turnaround and honest pricing. We treat every property like it's our own

Customer Reviews
"I recently hired this amazing group of young entrepreneurs to pick up a bed from Lake Bluff and deliver it to Rogers Park in Chicago, and I couldn’t be more impressed! These kids are hardworking, responsible, and incredibly professional. Their work ethic and commitment truly stand out — they went above and beyond to make everything happen smoothly."

"Seth was a great communicator and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He and the team took apart a large deck and removed every last nail! Great service and great work!"
"We are moving from Palatine to Genoa City, WI and hired Varsity Hauling to haul away junk and move smaller things to our new home. This company is amazing and just what we needed since we are senior citizens and limited on how much we could do ourselves. The two workers, Benny and Wil, were hard working, neat and respectful. Will definitely hire this company again if needed."
